With over 80 years of work experience, our chocolate factory offers its unique «savoir faire» to discerning consumers who are looking for authenticity : traditional recipes (old fashioned «praliné» : half sugar, half hazelnuts), the labour intensive & manual stages of the production that give each product a unique character. For example our individual chocolates are hand decorated and therefore each is recognisably unique.

Authenticity also in the rigorous choice of raw materials and ingredients : 100% pure cocoa butter covering chocolate, A.O.C caramel from Isigny (controlled designation of origin) salted with P.G.I Guérande salt, chocolate from Sao Tome, covering chocolate with Swiss milk, non GM raw materials, no preservatives, artificial flavours or colourings.

Over and beyond our attachment to traditions, our driving forces are :

- to continuously invest in new product development and to be attentive to our clients needs, our consumers and the market, so as to always adapt and improve our offer.

- to continually modernise our production tools and automate our production lines.

We use all the advantages of a small & medium size enterprise (SME) to harness our creativity, originality and flexibility and thus offer new and innovative products. We are reactive and efficient to meet our customers specific needs in terms of products and packaging. Our flexibility allows us to continually improve our customer service.
